Machine Qualification

Explore Our Four MQS Modules • Precision at Every Stage

Our Machine Qualification Services (MQS) ensure additive manufacturing systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Through four structured qualification modules, we validate machine capabilities, optimize production consistency, and provide the confidence needed to manufacture certified, high-quality aerospace components.

Module 01 Readiness Assessment

Machine Assessment

Assessing Aviation Qualification Readiness

Evaluates machine features against EASA Part-21/G requirements to identify gaps and establish a roadmap for qualification.

Key Deliverables & Scope:

  • Machine Assessment (Product: MQS-Assessment): Gap list delivery & proposed specification items (1-day gap list + 2-day workshop).
  • Aviation Regulation Training (TES-AAMC-Part-21/G): EASA Part-21/G production certification training for up to 8 participants (1 day).
Module 02 Engineering Support

Development Support

Engineering the Next Generation of Aviation AM Systems

Consultation and engineering support to derive requirements for development of next-generation production hardware integrating aviation compliance features.

Key Deliverables & Scope:

  • MQS-Specifications: Machine feature assessment, gap analysis, and definition of next-gen specification points.
  • Engineering Meetings: ITCM Kick-off, Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Design Freeze Review (DFR), and Project Completion.
Module 03 System Qualification

Machine Qualification

Qualifying Production Systems for Certified Aviation

Development of a dedicated Machine Qualification Program and demonstration of exemplar production orders under AAMC's approved Aviation QMS.

Key Deliverables & Scope:

  • Qualification at Facility (MQS-QM): Machine functional test geometries, order execution under AAMC QMS (4-9 months).
  • QMS Training: 2-day training on AAMC POE handbook, procedures, forms, and EASA Form 1 sign-offs.
Module 04 Compliance Verification

Audit & Certification

Verifying Compliance • Enabling Certification

Audit service to qualify your facility and machine under AAMC's Quality Management System to issue EASA Form 1 Airworthiness Release Certificates.

Key Deliverables & Scope:

  • Certification Audit (PPQS-Audit): Comprehensive facility & process compliance audit for Part-21/G release.
  • EASA Form 1 Release Capability: Formal authorization to release flight parts under aviation regulations.
